Golfer at the finish of a swing
Your Swing. Your Blueprint. Your Match Up.

Play your best golf more often.

You've probably played enough good golf to know there's more in there. The frustrating part is not knowing why it comes and goes. Better golf shouldn't feel like an accident.

Sound familiar?

Stop guessing.

One week you've found something that works. The next week you're looking for another answer.

Golf becomes exhausting when you're constantly guessing.

We want your golf to make sense.

Our method

What actually works for you?

The same advice can transform one golfer and make another worse. That's because golf isn't one-size-fits-all.

We don't start by asking what's wrong with your swing. We start by asking why your golf behaves the way it does. Once we understand that, we can start building what actually works for you.

How it works

Build what you trust.

We start by understanding your golf.

Then we build a clear plan around the things most likely to move the needle.

Sometimes that's technical coaching. Sometimes it's physical development. Sometimes it's changing how you practice or perform under pressure.

The answer changes because the golfer changes.

The goal always stays the same. To build golf you can trust when it matters most.

Who it's for

You know there's more in there.

You've seen glimpses of the golfer you're capable of becoming. You're serious about improving and you're tired of constantly changing what you're working on.

You don't need another quick fix.

You need a better understanding of your golf, and a clear plan for improving it.

FAQs

Common questions.

How does online golf coaching work?

Macro Golf's online golf coaching combines personalised swing analysis, structured practice plans, regular video feedback and ongoing support to help you improve consistently over time.

Unlike a traditional golf lesson, coaching doesn't stop when the session ends. You'll have a clear plan to follow, regular reviews with your coach and the ability to send swing videos for feedback between sessions. Depending on your programme, coaching may also include physical training, mobility work and performance coaching, ensuring every part of your game is working together.

What happens in a Match-Up Session?

A Match-Up Session is a comprehensive golf assessment designed to identify why your golf behaves the way it does and where your biggest opportunities for improvement are.

Before your session, you'll complete a detailed assessment, send us slow-motion swing videos and complete a simple physical screening. During the session, we combine this information with Sportsbox 3D swing analysis to build a clear picture of your golf.

By the end of the session, you'll understand what's influencing your performance, what deserves your attention and what your next steps should be. You'll also receive a personalised follow-up video summarising everything we discussed.

How is Macro Golf different from normal golf coaching?

Macro Golf takes a personalised approach to golf coaching because we don't believe every golfer should be coached in the same way.

Many golf lessons focus on changing the golf swing first. We start by understanding the golfer behind the swing. We look at your movement patterns, physical capabilities, ball flight, technical tendencies and overall performance before deciding what actually needs to change.

Our goal isn't simply to improve your golf swing. It's to help you understand why your golf behaves the way it does, build a coaching plan around your individual Blueprint and make your best golf more available on the course.

What handicap do I need to be to work with Macro Golf?

We work with committed golfers of all abilities, from players trying to break 100 through to elite amateurs and professionals.

There isn't a minimum handicap requirement. What matters most is that you're motivated to improve and want a coaching process that's tailored to you rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

How much does coaching cost and is there a minimum commitment?

Our coaching programmes are personalised, so pricing depends on the level of support that's right for you.

We recommend starting with a Match-Up Session. It allows us to assess your golf properly before recommending whether ongoing coaching would genuinely benefit you. If we don't believe coaching is the right next step, we'll tell you.

Any recommendations will be explained clearly, including what's involved, the investment and whether there's a minimum commitment.

What do I need to get started?

The best place to start is by completing our free Match-Up Audit.

From there, you can book a Match-Up Session where we'll analyse your golf swing, assess your physical capabilities and build a clearer understanding of your game. If you decide to continue with coaching, we'll guide you through everything you need, including filming your swing, accessing your coaching platform and following your personalised improvement plan.

All you need to get started is a smartphone for recording your swing, a willingness to learn and a commitment to improving your golf.

Can I work with Macro Golf if I don't live near your studio?

Yes. Most of our coaching is delivered online, which means we work with golfers throughout the UK and around the world. As long as you can film your swing and communicate with your coach, you can benefit from the same structured coaching process. Many golfers also choose to combine online coaching with occasional in-person sessions.

Do you offer both online and in-person golf coaching?

Yes. We offer both online golf coaching and in-person coaching. Many golfers choose a combination of the two, using studio sessions for detailed assessments and ongoing online coaching for regular feedback, practice planning and support between visits.

Better golf shouldn't feel like an accident.

If you're tired of guessing and ready to understand what actually works for you, we'd love to hear about your golf.
